Our Network Engineers are responsible for maintenance of our BroadSoft platform and supporting systems, second line support for our user community and the design, planning and implementation of new services. As such you will have a wide ranging role
Key requirements
- Strong networking skills, preferably CCNA qualified or currently studying towards.
- A good understanding of the SIP protocol
- The ability to perform pro-active maintenance on network systems.
Working within the Customer Services Group you will provide a range of support services to end-user customers and first level support for our Reseller Partners.

- The ability to own and manage a customer transaction from initial contact through to resolution
- A passion for delivering high level customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Polite and pleasant telephone manner
- The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
- A general understanding of PC/Internet technology
