The Cisco 7940 features a large display and intuitive navigation to simplify the making and receiving of calls. This two-line telephone has a second Ethernet port for connection of the desktop PC [to reduce building Cat5 cable requirements] and excellent hands-free.
The 7960 builds on the capabilities of the 7940 with the addition of 6 line support. This enables easier call control for users that spend more time on the telephone and “one touch” access to commonly used features.
