UK and International DDI Numbers
All existing geographic BT numbers can be ported to Qudo. This means you do not need tio change number if you move location. We can also provide local numbers to give you a local presence in other geographic areas
Scalability
VanillaIP features strong positive and negative scalability. All Rental services can be disconnected with 30 days notice. This enables companies to flex their workforce without having to commit to a certain capacity in advance.
Centralised Billing
The Provisioning System combines all costs related to delivering service in a single place. There are no longer separate ADSL, BT and maintenance invoices. Everything is managed through Provisioning. Customers are able to access invoices online with separate summary and department breakdown analysis.
Adding Users
Once new users are provisioned, their new phone is couriered to them, labeled with their name and number. They simply plug the phone into their wall socket and within 30 seconds it will configure itself with their user Profile, DDI number, hunt group membership and other services assigned to the user
