Devices
Effectively making and receiving business calls in a way that suits the user's individual circumstances largely depends on the device that best meets their needs. Whether it's a mobile phone, deskphone, or softphone, Qudo supports seamless connectivity and usage across all these device types.
A user can operate one or multiple devices, all linked to the same extension and optional telephone number. Services assigned to the user, such as call transfer and call recording, function seamlessly across all devices. The choice of device(s) typically depends on the user's location(s) as detailed in the table below.
* Subject to mobile network availability
Mobile - Native Dialpad
Both Apple and Android Mobile devices can be connected and fully integrated into your Qudo Phone System, so regardless of the users handset preference all users are on the same system.
The Qudo Mobile PBX requires either an eSIM or Physical SIM. The key value of this service is that it uses the EE Mobile Voice Network (as opposed to using additional Apps that rely on the Data Network); this means that the native Mobile dial pad can be used, making the User experience exactly the same as they are used to. It also enables compliance and reporting control as all calls are routed via the Qudo Network so are included in Call reports and Call Recording for example.

The softphone delivers advanced features and functionality, enhanced by the integration of the Webex Collaboration suite, which includes video meetings and chat. It can also be seamlessly used within the Microsoft Teams environment to enable both internal and external calling.
